At Lilumii, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If an item does not meet your expectations due to being defective, damaged, or not as described, you can request a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery by contacting us at support@lilumii.com.

(a) Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The items to be returned are unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging with the original label.
  • The return shipping cost is covered by the customer.
  • Items that do not meet the above criteria cannot be returned.

Change of Mind Policy

Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to change their mind and return items without giving a reason. Lilumii will issue a refund after receiving the returned items.

  • Shipping costs (including return shipping) will be charged to the customer at most once.
  • Consumers will not be charged for restocking fees.

(b) Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receiving and verifying your return.

  • We’ll notify you via email once your refund or exchange has been processed. Please check your account after verification.
  • Note: There may be a slight delay in processing return requests.

(c) Cancellation

Shipping Damage Claims

While we take great care in packaging our products, unforeseen issues during shipping may occur. Please inspect your item upon delivery. If you receive an item damaged during transit, follow these steps:

  1. Take a photo or video of the damaged item.
  2. Contact us at support@lilumii.com with the evidence to report the issue.

Important Notes:

  • Damage claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Customized products (e.g., items with lettering or personalization) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue.
